My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a terrible musty smell upon entering, but they were comfy and worked well for me and my family who came for a one-night stay to see the Hunter Valley Garden Light Spectacular. The service was friendly overall, but there were instances like when they spilt our beer and didn't offer to replace it. The location was pleasant and convenient, offering ample parking and friendly staff, although the property needs maintenance work. The dining options were basic, with limited choices for breakfast. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives.
